We at juno4d provide three ways to access our platform on mobile. Android users can download our native app directly from our website—no app store required. iOS users can access juno4d through Safari or any mobile browser without installation. Web users on desktop or tablet can also use our responsive browser interface. All three paths connect to the same account and balance.

If you encounter issues installing the Android app, the most common cause is that "Unknown Sources" is disabled in your phone's Settings. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. Your phone may warn you that this allows installation of apps outside the Play Store—this is normal and safe for juno4d. After enabling it, retry the download. If the APK still does not install, try clearing your browser cache and downloading again. For iOS users, if juno4d does not load in Safari, try clearing your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and refreshing the page. If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team through the in-app help menu or via the website.

Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The juno4d app requests only the permissions it needs: internet access to connect to our servers, and storage access to cache game data locally.
